Hi there and welcome to Deus,
A little history about us, we are a once disbanded casual guild now looking to reform and go for a much less casual raiding style. I myself have a good deal of Raiding experience doing All of Kara, ZA, SSC, Magtheridon, Gruul, and 3/4 TK. I am use to a 5 Day a week 3 hour raiding schedule. Deus was a Kara farming 1/6 ZA and beginning gruuls pulls guild before our original break up. With all that let me go into how the guild is going to play out now.
Raiding schedules: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 6PM-9PM or 10PM - Standard Raids
Sunday 5PM-9PM - Progression Raiding
What this means is, if you are online at this time, the guild owns you, shortly before raid times you will all be asked to drop group in order to attend the raid. If a habit of being late to raids is made because of staying in a group it may effect your rank or status in the guild.
Raiding supplies cost will come out of your pocket and you will be expected to bring the proper raiding supplies to raids. I.E. Mana/Health Potions, Battle/Guardian Elixir, Well Fed Bonus Food. Thins like this will give us a massive edge in our fights! Raid supplies will be sold at LARG discount from the guild bank as I will explain lower down.
Loot: We handle our loot through the look council system, meaning that if an item drops we will link them one by one in Raid chat, if you want the item PST your Loot Master after his order with the peace of gear it will be replacing, If you want it for off set simply pst Off Set. At that point with the loot council system the officers will vote on who gets what gear. Keep in mind loot often goes in order of necessity Tank>Healer>DPS.
Also above all else for 25 man raids PLEASE DO US ALL A FAVOR and read up on the fights, before new fights the raid leader will give a quick over view of the fight so make sure you know what hes talking about there is no excuse to not read up on a planed progression boss.
Guild Bank: The first tab of the guild bank is open withdraw access of 2 stacks per day once you reach member and veteran status. All supplies in that bank tab come directly out of the guild banks pocket so these mats will need to be payed for, you may give yourself a discount from current AH price, but if you do not pay or you give yourself to great of a discount you will be warned, then demoted to a rank that cannot withdraw from the bank.
Rank: Casual - This rank does not raid often and is at risk of being kicked.
Recruit - This rank has just joined the guild and has done little or no raiding yet.
Member - This rank has done a decent amount of raiding and now has bank privilege.
Veteran - This rank has done a good deal of raiding and has first dibs on raid invites/loot.
Sub Officer - This rank has done a good deal of raiding and has shown them self to be a valuable asset to the guild, this rank is often a class leader and has more bank privileges. This rank may also now vote in loot council.
Officer - This rank is much like a sub officer but does a good deal out side of raids, showing a desire to help the guild grow in many ways, they have unlimited bank power can recruit and boot members. This rank will not be given out often or lightly. This rank may also have leading positions in raids.
With all this said most of us are casual fun loving people who simply want to raid and progress as fast as possible before WotLK Raiding to progress is not easy but when you work hard for a goal and attain it as a group, it is quiet the feeling. Im confident I can lead you through many of these fights but a guild is nothing with out its members so hang on tight and I hope your all with me when we stand at the end.
